The Brisbane Plumbers provides general and emergency plumbing services within the Brisbane area. We complete most, but not all, of the emergency plumbing and we outsource both the overflow emergency work we receive as well as the completion of the general (during business hours) plumbing work we receive.

When we talk about ‘contractor’ we mean the business or contractor that we have forwarded a customer’s personal information onto to enable that business or contractor to complete the requested services for the customer.

Testimonials
If you provide us with a testimonial, you give us your consent for the use of your name and the and the date to be displayed on our website or in our other marketing material, together with the content of the testimonial that you provide.
Posts to social media
If you provide consent for us to use images of your job or the work we have completed for you, you consent to us posting these images to social media accounts linked to our business. You agree we may post before and/or after images, video footage of the job, details of the work completed, if the property is a rental or a homeowner and (only applicable for commercial premises) the name of the premises or business.

We do receive a commission or similar for referring your services request to a contractor.
We do not publish your personal information. We may give access to identification data we obtain and transaction records to appropriate and competent advisors or authorities for the purpose of obtaining advice about our business, subject to their protection of that information. If required by law, we will disclosure your personal data. We may also disclose your information if there are allegations of fraud, misuse of our terms or payment disputes.
Accessing and correcting your personal information
You may request copies of the information we hold about you, which will only be provided electronically. You have the ability to make a request to amend or correct that information. If we do not agree with your requested change, we will keep a copy of your request with our information.
