I was very impressed by Joseph's down to earth and professional attitude and superior plumbing service and knowledge. He came out at very short notice to fix a sewer drain blockage. He cleared the blockage with a minimum of fuss (after others were unable to clear the blockage and gave up) and charged exactly what he quoted. We had an emergency at my home last night and my townhouse flooded due to a drain overflow and torrential rain.
